The default framerate in this game is 30 but you can unlock it and set it to whatever you want (I recommend setting it to your monitor refresh rate) by going to Windows C: / Program Files (x86) / Origin Games / Alice Madness Returns / Game / Alice2 / AliceGame / Config and in there should be a file called DefaultEngine.ini, find a line called MaxSmoothedFrameRate=31 and change the 31 to whatever you want your framerate to be.
